So you’ve told yourself you’re ready. You want to make the commitment to be more fit. Great, so now what? Maybe you don’t know where to start. It doesn’t have to be difficult. There are lots of options to choose from.
If you’ve tried to get started before and failed, don’t give up! Start slowly. Walk or slow down when you need to, then speed up again when you can. You’ll learn to gauge your heart rate, and eventually you’ll get stronger, and be able to push harder.
Getting started is hard, but you need to establish a routine and stick to it. In the morning, at lunchtime, or in the evening. Do whatever works for you.
