Competencies and Goals |
First, spend some time thinking about what you want out of your career. Do you have skills that are not currently being utilized? Do you want to learn a new skill? Do you want to grow into a leadership role? Next, talk to your Supervisor! It’s part of their job to help you develop and grow, so let them know your goals.
