No Phone:
If a student/parent does not have a phone to create a 365 account, they can go online to www.mymarketaccount.net to create an account. They can also load money onto the account from there.
Once they've created an account, they will need to see the Chef Manager, Anthea Robinson Wagner, and she will link a market card to their account. This card can be used to pay for purchases by having it scanned at the cashier’s station. Anthea will need the following information:
Name of the account holder (parent or student)
Account holder's email that is linked to the account
Making Purchases:
Once the account is established and funded, purchases may be made in the café.
Each account is assigned a unique QR code that will appear in the app. This QR must be shown to the cashier in the café to complete purchases.
Account balances are also displayed in the app.
We strongly recommend you take a screen shot of the QR and save it to the device in the event of any network or internet interruptions. This will ensure the student is able to purchase a meal.
Review account balances prior to meal periods to ensure sufficient funding is available.
